What about Covid-19?

I re-opened the studio along with other non-essential shops on June 15th. I am practising social distancing during appointments and customers can wash and sanitise hands with the option of wearing latex gloves. Garments are steam cleaned between appointments.

What do you stock?

I sell mostly dresses and love 70s maxis and 30s slips, think floral prints and pastels- feminine, playful and frilled. 

 

What are the prices?

Dresses range from £120-£400

 

What sizes do you have?

Most dresses are UK 6-12. It is hard to size some vintage as charts have changed, and much of it is handmade. 

 

Do you have dresses for tall/petite women?

Yes! I will often suggest getting dresses altered and have specialist tailors who I can recommend.

What happens during an appointment?

You have 1 hour to look through the rails and try as much as you like. If you are looking for something in particular I can help pull out pieces for you to try. I am honest and won’t push you into a bad purchase, I really believe that shopping sustainably means buying something that is right .

 

Can I bring a friend?

Yes , just let me know on your booking form.

 

Do you need any information beforehand?

It helps if you let me know if you are looking for something really specific, in case I don’t have it. 

 

Do you do bridal?

Unfortunately I no longer stock traditional bridal.

 

Do you do bridesmaids?

 As all of my dresses are vintage, I don’t have matching, however I have prints, colours and styles that can compliment each other. If you have something in mind just message before booking. 

How can I pay?

I accept payment via card or cash.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel your appointment but please give me notice so that your slot can be offered to someone else.
