Returns Policy

 

I hope that you love your vintage piece! If not, please request a return within 7 days of recieving your order.

Please email me laura@lauravonbehr.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return postage, please use a tracked service as I cannot refund lost parcels. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and checked.

Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds for items shipped outside of the UK.

Condition of Vintage Items

All vintage pieces may show signs of age or wear. Any notable flaws will be photographed and described as best as I can.​

Faulty Items

​

If your item arrives damaged in transit or signigicantly different from its description, please email me laura@lauravonbehr.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
